由良部 正美
1982年、舞踏グループ東方夜総会を退会後、ソロダンサー、振付け・演出家として活動を始める。たくさんのソロ作品、コラボレーション作品を発表。海外で多くのダンスフェスティバルにも招待される。舞踏の血脈を辿る、「身体の裏側Ⅰ、Ⅱ」の企画や、古典の新芽シリーズでの文楽、義太夫との共演などその活動は幅広い。２００８年より、京都西陣の稽古場兼フリースペース、スペースALS-Dを拠点として、様々な活動をしている。今年から京都舞踏館において「黄泉の花」という作品を長期ロングランを継続中。

エレクトロニクスを融合したアコーディオン弾き。96年からナスノミツル (アルタードステイツ)、三条とおる (EP-4)らの［elements］に加入後、数々のアングラの巨匠達との共演を経て2010年からUrBANGUILDのブッキングを務め、FOuR DANCERS, Velvet Moon等、数々のイヴェントを企画。今貂子、藤條虫丸、マルセロ・エヴェリン、由良部正美、ヤザキタケシ等、共演したダンサーは数知れず。梅津和時らと中山ラビのバックを１０年以上勤め、フランスを中心に海外でのライヴ活動も精力的に行い、’15年にはHi Seoul Festival 、’19年には釜山国際即興舞踊祝祭、Bridge Dance Festival (Chicago) に招聘される。’10, ’11年と、coba主催のイヴェントに参加。

’80年、舞踏グループ・白虎社の創立に参加。国内及びヨーロッパやアジア、南米の海外公演に出演。’94年、白虎社解散により独立。’00年、自身のワークショップを母胎に自らカンパニーを結成。’05年にはヨーロッパツアー。
’07年より’16年、大正期建造の和の劇場である五條會館において、舞台機構の修復を行いながら新作公演を毎年開催し、’12年’13年文化庁芸術祭に参加。
19年3月、還暦記念ソロ公演「闇の艶」を先斗町歌舞練場で開催。
’16年KYOTO舞踏館こけら落としより、ソロ作品「秘色」のロングラン公演を続け、19年11月には、350回公演を突破。
日本の芸能の始原に見られる「たまふり(命の活性化)の力」に支えられたアバンギャルドな舞踏の探求を通じて独自の境地を開拓し、京都南区東九条を拠点に、内外に舞踏を発信する活動を展開している。

Ima Tenko
Butoh Dancer, Choreographer, Director of Butoh Company Kiraza and Ima Tenko Butoh Studio
In 1980, Ima Tenko was a founding member of Byakkosha—one of the most acclaimed Butoh groups, performing with distinct recognition both abroad and locally. With their breakup in 1994, she became an independent dancer. In 2000, she started her own dance workshops and created the Butoh company Kiraza. In 2005, her company conducted a tour of Europe,, receiving success and acclaim in each country.Every year since 2007, they have been performing to sold-out houses at the historical Gojo Kaikan Theatre in Kyoto. In 2012 and 2013, they also were chosen to perform in the National Arts Festival, sponsored by the Agency for Cultural Affairs, Government of Japan.In 2016, She produced and performed －KANREKI anniversary-solo performance ‘YAMI NO TSUYA’ at Pontocho Kaburenjo/Kyoto, receiving success.Since 2016, she is performing ‘Hisoku’ as long-running show at KYOTO Butoh-kan

Through the exploration of the avant-garde form of Butoh, supported by the Shinto practice of Tamafuri, “reinvigorating the soul,” a practice seen at the heart of Japanese performing arts, Ima Tenko explores the frontiers of her own art and self. 

非風 Hifu (袋坂ヤスオ Fukurozaka Yasuo、たなかたかし Tanaka Takashi）
2011年に福島第一原発メルトダウンのショックを受けてグループ「めるてぃーず」が立ち上がるも、そのパフォーマンスのなかで「安心・安全」を強調しすぎて顰蹙を買い、ごく短期の活動を経て消滅となる。暫しの自粛の後、2016年に袋坂ヤスオとたなかたかしが新ユニット名で再稼働し現在に至る。その代表的な持ち芸である＜ケツ能・ケツ狂言＞は当世随一の幽姿を誇る。2018年に第一回ケツ能・狂言の会「未生のカーニヴァル」を開催。

FRAUKE PERFORMANCE “Hana part VII”

Through her schooling in Sweden and Japan the butoh dancer and choreographer Frauke (Caroline Lundblad) has developed a “Scandinavian Butoh”. Her exquisite and consistent pieces are created through genre-crossing collaborations and are shaped as complex installations in site specific venues. Frauke has developed a persona with aesthetic and choreographic expressions that combine the qualities of butoh and the contemporary. The Swedish Arts Grants Committee’s International Choreography Grant in 2017 enabled a unique collaboration with the Japanese Noh Master Akio Kasada. Through this collaboration she developed the trilogy Three Bodies with the performances Yama (Mountain, 2017), Umi (Ocean, 2018), and during 2019, the final part Hana (Flower), which is touring in Europe and Asia. During the spring Frauke has been the choreographer of the opera Schlagt sie tot! at Malmö Opera House, Sweden and this autumn she has presented her work at UrBANGUILD Kyoto, Japan. Frauke has been appointed choreographer for a Shakespeare production at the Theatre Folkteatern Gävleborg in Sweden 2021.

With a distinctive visual language, unique energy and curiosity she examines existence – life, death as well as primal natural forces. Through Frauke she becomes one with the universe. We are invited to this visual wealth, and the untamed, the constant changing and the vastness that is life.
