Their sparkly\, melody-driven pop songs drip with buttery vocals and bass lines made for dancing along with the beat. Meeping formed in Spring 2019 as a joint project between vocalist and lead songwriter Rachel Zakrasek and bassist Jake Pettit\, and is now a four-piece\, joined by Daniel Baltazar on drums and Julia Mahncke on lead guitar. Meeping’s first album will release December 6\, 2019 and they are touring the Pacific Northwest and Japan this winter with a full live show including songs off their first album and their second album currently in the works.
