このたび 2020年2月8日（土）、木屋町のライブハウス「Urbanguild」にてPechaKucha Night Kyoto Vol.38を開催します！

ペチャクチャナイトは、2003年に東京で若手のデザイナーたちが自身の作品を発表するためのイベントとして始まり、今では世界中にある1,100以上の都市に広まっています。

今回のテーマ：「Decade / 10年間」
ペチャクチャナイト京都は次回でちょうど10周年となり、次の新しい10年に向けてスタートを切ります。
このターニングポイントに、スピーカーの方々にもぜひ「10年」について、思いを巡らせてみていただきたいのです。あなたにとってこれまでの10年間とは？次の10年に待ち受ける出来事は？
地球に生まれて40年以上を過ごしてきた人もいれば、20年しか過ごしていない人もいます。たしかに、過ごしてきた年月や時代は人それぞれ異なります。
年明け最初のイベントとして、ぜひあなたの「10年」についての考えをシェアしてください！

「あなたが熱く語れるもの」を求めています！
個性豊かなスピーカーの皆さんには、アイデアやビジョン、ストーリーを観客に共有して頂きたいです。アーティスト、デザイナー、活動家、発明家、クリエイターなど、様々なジャンルを超える合計10名前後のプレセンターを募集します。

We are very excited to announce the 38rd PechaKucha Night Kyoto will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2020 at Urbanguild, Kyoto! PechaKucha Night began in Tokyo in 2003 as an event for young designers to show their work and has now spread to over 1,100 cities worldwide.

Theme: “Decade”
We have just finished our 10th year at Pechakucha Night Kyoto, together with the start of a new decade. At this turning point, we would like to invite speakers to reflect on the theme of “decade”. What did the last decade mean to you? What is in store for the next? Why isn’t there a similar word for decade in Japanese? Some of us have been on earth for over four decades, while others two. Indeed, time is different to all of us. For the first event of the year, share your ideas on “decade”!

“Present Your Passion”
We are hoping to host a wild and wonderful mix of artists, designers, activists, inventors and creators who can share their ideas, visions and adventures. We plan to invite approximately ten presenters, keeping in mind a balance of Japanese/non-Japanese presentations.

■プレゼンテーション形式
プレゼンテーションは、20ｘ20、つまり20枚のスライドを20秒ごとに進めて、合計6分40秒で行うものです。このイベントは、バイリンガル（日本語・英語）で進行し、皆さんのプレゼンテーションも、両言語を使用されることを奨励しています。日本語のみでのプレゼンテーションも可能ですが、キーワードや要点を簡単な英語でスライドに含めて下さい。
このイベントでプレゼンテーションをしたい！とお考えの方は、1月25日(土)18:00までに以下のフォームを記入してください。

Please consider joining us as a presenter for 20 x 20 — 20 images x 20 seconds each — a presentation and talk for 6 minutes and 40 seconds. This is a bilingual event so we encourage all presenters to use both Japanese and English as much as possible; for example, if speaking in English please try to include translations of your key points in Japanese on your slides.
