京都、大阪、神戸からの五人の猛者が一丸となって火を吹くアジアのアフロファンク。
キャッチーなギターリフとイカついアフロビート。
東洋人のアイデンティティとFela Kutiへの憧れを同時に体現する全くもってオリジナルなグッドグルーヴで、主に関西各地のフロアを亜熱帯の如く湧かせまくっている。
2013年春時点で自主制作CDR「FIRST AHEAD」、MAN&LIB recordsよりCD「GIANT SQUAD」、という二枚のアルバムと、NNNF(Not Null Not Full)より7インチレコード「TUKTUK DRIVER」をリリース。
何れも大好評を得ている。また、STEPAK-TAKRAW主催イベントとして、大阪、神戸にて「OVER-A-HEAD」、京都にてワンマンライブ企画「BOMB-A-FRO」を不定期開催。関西のアフロビート、アフロファンクシーンの最先端！

くるり、ALTZなどから多大なリスペクトを受けているBAD STUFFの活動停止からはや１５年。
同バンドで活動していた森島映と新枦秀規が2001年に結成。
後にピアノのサナエ、ベースにアキラを加え、京都を中心に精力的に活動。
このメンバーでのライブアルバム「白い太陽の魔法使い」を、2004年自主レーベル「フナブクレコード」より発表されている。2006年にはBad Stuffのオリジナルギタリストのピーター大工原が復帰加入する。
独自のFUNK道は日増しにその色濃さを増し現在進行形の日本語FUNK MUSICを創造している。

Jerome Fouquet, born in 1978, startedplaying the trumpet at the age of eleven. He studied with
Dominique Leroy and R?gis Emorine. Early on, he was strongly attracted to improvised musics of
the world. At the age of 16, he enrolled at the Acad?mie Departementale de Jazz de l’Oise, and
studied with Patrick Dechamp, Michel Kuss and Pierre Fanen. During this period, he began his
second love with the bass guitar, of which he studied concurrently with the trumpet. In 2002 he
enrolled at Lili et Nadia Boulanger Academy (Paris 9th district) and worked with Nicolas Folmer,
Toni Russo, Pierre Bertrand, and participated in Jacques Vidal’s sessions . During the period 1999 to
2015, he collaborated, both in France and abroad, with several bands and artists such as LA Flor del
Fango, Ouagadou , Sweet Talk, Iswood SSD, L’?charpe Rouge, Kanloar, Latin pop Unit directed by
Pascal Brechet, Patrick Vilain, Fabien Norbert, Sophie Darly, Suzanne Davis, Kenichi Matsumoto,
Mori Shige, Hideo Ikegami,Yasuhiro Usui,Ono Ryoko, Hataken, Hugues Vincent,Jacques Di
Donato, Florent Pujuila,Federico Casagrande, Boris Pelosof, Maxime Perrin, Boris Blanchet, Ogino Yasuyoshi, Marc Davidovitz, and dancers Malika Sa?d and Stephanie Moitrel, the actress and singer Chloe Dumond, … During the same period he led several workshops for improvised collectives (UDEM, CRDPM Les Na?ades…), and also ran jam sessions for institutions (Liancourt Prison, Beauvais Vocational Rehabilitation Center, the Conservatory ofTremblay en France) Mortefontaine and Fleurance festivals. In addition to leading Kuma quartet and Iternational Supersonic, he is also a sideman in Le Gros Tube, Motionless, Mac Mulinsh, the bluesman Jake Jimmy Kenny, A.R.B.F directed by Yoram Rosilio,the Barbes Big Band….

2014年結成。山内弘太 (quaeru, Mark Dodds, DoDo, Blue Herons)とキース (The HNK experience, W-DRGN, ターキー, Blue Herons)のユニット。シンセ、サンプラー、民族打楽器、エレキギターに多重エフェクト、ループにループを重ねる手法のもと一発録りを下地に１stアルバムを製作。その後も試行錯誤を重ね、現在はパーカッションとエレキギターの編成でウネウネの世界を旅行活動中。

LIVING DEAD (UGRR, REBELDOM, PARANOIA)
一に拘り、二に素材、三に愛情。根が見え隠れする凝り性のサブカルジャンキー。スタンス解放遊撃隊。ラップトップとアウトボードを駆使し揺れれる音を供給するビートメイカー。スケートシーンからの支持もありTIGHTBOOTH PRODUCTION、GRAPEVINE ASIA、SKATE ATOMへのサウンドトラック、ラッパー Meiso所属LIONZ OF ZION、NAGAN SERVER、BUPPON等への楽曲、犬猿、MANTIS、BIJA、COLTECO等のリミックスなどを手掛けている。2013年 1stアルバム”Private Anthem”リリース以降も、貪欲に現場へ赴きINPUTとOUTPUTを無限ループ。2015年10月SOFTRIBEからDEAD MARRONICS（LIVING DEAD + MARRON a.k.a. DUBMARRONICS）名義でアルバム”SOMATERIAL”をリリース。今宵も良質パーティを求めてパトロール中。

DJ SHORTY a.k.a. Feedback Collector
A Turntablist、Vinyl Keeper、Rare Record Retailers and All-time DJ at Reused 再造_藝文聲響實驗室 (Reused Arts, Sound & Vintage Studio) in Taipei, Taiwan. Based on Instrumental Hip Hop、Abstract and Jazz Beat. His creativity way with its delicate and unique mixing technique will beyond the imagination by Hip Hop Music.
Over 10 years of residential artist and live performing experience since 2003. As several identity such as DJ、Programmer、Dub Control with local Taiwanese bands and artist. Performances experience include: Simple Life Festival、Saibaba Ethnique ?Hola Amigo! Party、Daniel Pearl World Music Day、Spring Scream、CAMPO Cinema Live Party、Freak Out da Beast Spring Festival、Taipei Beer Fest and Taitung East Coast Music Festival.
In Winter of 2014, founding Neglected Industry (被遺忘の工業) by popularizing Turntablist culture and Vinyl DJ scene in Taipei. First experimental project ”Freezin”’ released in 2015. A short 30 minutes Multi-Mixtape constructed by tons of samples and beats with his talent smooth scratching and cut-up skills.
His first Japan tour around Osaka completed in Spring 2015. Clubs experience include : Night Wax、Panorama、Route 26 and Emeralda in Gifu. Also making beats with Kyoto underground Producer、DJ、Beat Maker Living Dead (U.G.R.R.) and Shaoz a.k.a. DJ U-Can (UC Records). In 2016, brand new mixing project ”Pessimistic Blue” coming soon.
